SuperSprings Suspension For Everyone
If you look next to the wheels of some of the world’s biggest and heaviest vehicles, you’re likely to find SuperSprings. For example, U.S. federal government agencies that need to drive large vehicles hard need a suspension they can depend on. For that, many of them turn to SuperSprings, where strength and reliability are at the forefront.
SuperSpring suspensions have also become a favorite in the RV industry, where some of the heaviest vehicles on the road need the most durable support. The company’s SumoSprings line has become the standard suspension equipment for RV makers like Coachmen, Thor, Tiffin, and Winnebago. Toyota even looked to SumoSprings to outfit its overlanding beast of an RV—the TacoZilla.
Now, the company offers a full line of suspension components for consumer automobiles, built to those same industry-leading standards.
SuperSprings
The original SuperSprings are a helper that simply bolts on to your current suspension. After a simple installation, this high-grade steel component stabilizes body roll and sway issues while also eliminating rear-end sag.
The patented roller shackle on each end allows drivers to make adjustments when the load weight changes—a huge bonus for anyone who needs to load up their vehicle with heavy gear, materials, or tools. As a result, the engineers also developed a SuperSprings line built especially for trailers.
SuperCoils
SuperCoils are heavy-duty coil replacement springs. These components take the place of worn out suspension parts, often with a noticeable boost in performance and durability. Each passive coil is designed to match the ride and response of the part it replaces.
SumoSprings
Made from SuperSprings own microcellular polyurethane, SumoSprings offer an ideal resistance curve, especially for heavy loads. The initial response of these springs is soft, meaning a smooth-feeling ride over most bumps and dips in the road.
However, after the initial response, the resistance increases significantly. This prevents your vehicle from bottoming out or jostling too hard.
JBS Kits
SuperSprings’ JBS kits are designed to offer the ideal damping for some of the biggest vehicles on the road. Made with the same microcellular polyurethane found in SumoSprings, these JBS kits provide a comfortable, supportive ride for vehicles such as the Mercedes Sprinter and Ford F53 Class A motorhome.
Accessories
There are suspension components and then there’s everything else. Items such as u-bolts and clamps can help make installation easier or more precise.
