Arnott | Air Suspension Kits and Components
In the world of air rides, one name stands above the rest. For over 30 years, Arnott has lead the field of air suspensions kits and components, building an industry-best reputation based on decades of consistent quality and service.
As Arnott continues to innovate, the company’s portfolio of products keeps expanding, offering drivers more and more options by the day.
Air Springs & Struts
In an air suspension system, air springs and struts are the components that do the heavy lifting — literally. These parts are what support the weight of your vehicle at each wheel and keep it at the proper ride height. The air pressure inside these springs and struts adjusts to level the ride in response to changes in road surfaces or load weight.
Air Suspension Compressors
The compressor in an air suspension system is what generates the air needed to inflate it. Similar to a compressor you’d find in most auto shops, it uses mechanical force to generate pressurized air and deliver it to the air tank.
Also known as an air manifold, the valve blocks serve as the manager of an air ride system. Using instructions from the electronic control unit (ECU), they regulate the amount of air that goes into each air spring with electronically-controlled solenoid valves.
Ride Height Sensors
Air ride systems use ride height sensors to monitor changes in the road surface. These mechanical sensors are attached at each wheel and take a constant reading of a vehicle’s body relative to the wheel. They then deliver this information to the ECU, enabling it instruct the other components on how to level the vehicle.
Moisture inside an air suspension system can seriously damage its components and lead to total failure. That’s why they feature mechanical dryers that help keep moisture out and the components dry.
Individual Air Suspension Parts
Air ride systems are more than just their main components. At times, you can replace a single small part of a larger component rather than replace it altogether. When that’s the case, you can look to Arnott, which carries many of the individual air suspension parts you need for an inexpensive, efficient repair to your system.
With more than three decades of experience in the air suspension industry, Arnott is a true expert in the field. Buying your air ride products from Arnott comes with several key advantages.
American Design & Engineering
At Arnott, we know that American engineers are among the best in the world. That’s why we design and engineer all of our original products here at home instead of outsourcing them. Because of this, we can ensure that every product matches or surpasses the fit and function of the O.E. part it’s replacing
Assembly in European and American Facilities
You can find many quality manufacturers in Asia and elsewhere around the world. But as a company, we want to make sure we have full control over our assembly processes and can conduct quality assessments whenever we need to. We choose to have our products assembled in European and American facilities so that we can maintain a level of oversight that allows us to be completely confident in what we sell.
Repair Options for Every Budget
Not everyone can afford the latest and greatest technology, and not everyone wants to spend a fortune on repairing their vehicle even if they do have it. It’s important to us that our customers have options, so we make sure to offer product lines that fit a wide range of budgets whenever possible. We believe lower prices don’t have to mean an inferior product.
Customer Support Based in the U.S.A.
We know how frustrating it can be to deal with customer service that’s thousands of miles away and may not even be familiar with the company or product you’re calling about. That’s why we base our customer service here in the U.S.A., making it easy to get support for whatever you need without the headaches of dealing with overseas service centers.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
When a company offers a warranty on its products, it’s putting its money where its mouth is. That means a product warranty is a sign that a company trusts its own products and, by extension, you can too. Arnott products come with our signature Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and other issues. We’re confident our products will last, and our warranty program is our way of extending that confidence to you.
For over 30 years, the Arnott family has consistently delivered quality suspension components and kits to customers around the world. With a new 65,000 ft2 headquarters in Florida, the company has dedicated its resources to continuing to innovate and develop the best air suspension products in the industry.
Due to its growing global reputation, Arnott recently opened an EU-based facility. This allows the company to better serve its rapidly-expanding European customer base with shipping and logistics on the continent.
