My names is James from Parkersburg, West Virginia, I drive an Explorer with an air ride system, 1998. Had several problems with air ride, changed over to strut system offered by Strutmasters. Very happy and pleased with how it rides now. Don’t have to put up with indicator light coming on all the time and the ride is much improved. I would recommend it to anyone who has that problem to make the conversion. The friend of mine who did the conversion for me it took about 2 hours of work instead of 4 so we were happy with the whole process. I thank you and look forward to doing business with you again.

THANK YOU for saving me from another folly of Ford Engineering!!! I have a 2001 Ford Explorer with rear air suspension that was very worn out after 160,000 km and was faced with a significant replacement cost from Ford. I installed the Strutmasters replacement shock kit on the vehicle and easily found the ARCM to disable the 'check susp' light on the instrument panel. The vehicle rides nice and firm now. Many thanks again!!
